Welcome to REDiMED Telehealth The REDiMED Telehealth app provide a convenient way to access telehealth consultations with an accredited FRACGP General Practitioner for all medical relatedand COVID-19 needs. Download The app is available on Apple App Store for ios devices. The android version is coming soon. Access You will need an account to use the REDiMED Telehealth. You can create new request via new request form. Click on new request button at top-right of request list to open the new request form The new the request form has 3 steps: Worker's details Employment details Incident description

Submitted requests are categorised with 3 main tabs: Requests tab contains all requests which are newly created. In Progress tab contains the requests being viewed or assessed by REDiMED medical team. Completed tab contains the requests which are complete and finalised. Tips: The list is endless scrolling, it will automatically load the next page when the bottom is in view. To refresh the list, pull down until refresh icon appears then release. There are four sections in request detail view: 1. Summary section shows information related the request such as worker's details, employment details and worker's description of injury. 2. Photos section allows you to capture photos of the incident and attach it to the request 3. Certificates section contains all certificates for the selected request. Tap on each certificate to view the context menu: View: download and open the certificate in certificate viewer. Email: download and attach to new email Save: download the certificate to local Files iOS app 4. Referrals section's functionalities is similar to Certificate section but for referrals.
